Aluminum sulfate needs to be inspected when it leaves the factory. Only qualified products can be used in the factory. What is the inspection process of the product? Let's learn about it next, but this process is only used for the inspection of the product when it leaves the factory. Other situations need to be checked against other standards.
1. The production enterprises use the same batch of materials and under the same production conditions, continuous production or the same level of aluminum sulfate produced by the same team is the same batch. Each batch should not exceed 150 t.
2. Determine the number of units for collecting samples according to GB/T 6678. When sampling solid products, insert the sampler from the oblique top of the packaging bag to three-quarters of the depth of the material layer. After the collected samples are mixed evenly, they should be divided into quarters to not less than 500g; liquid products should be sampled according to the provisions of GB/T 6680, and the collected samples should be mixed evenly, and the sample volume should not be less than 500mL.
3. Put the mixed samples in two clean and dry stoppered jars and seal them. Stick a label on the bottle or plastic bag, indicating: manufacturer's name, category, grade, product name, batch number, sampling date and the name of the sampler. One is used as a laboratory sample, and the other is kept for future reference. The storage time is determined by the manufacturer.
4. The manufacturer should ensure that all aluminum sulfate that leaves the factory meets the requirements of the inspection standard. If the test results do not meet the requirements, a sample with twice the original sampling amount should be taken for retest. Even if only one index does not meet the requirements of this standard in the re-inspection result, the whole batch of products is considered unqualified.
